Lipistart Powder Formula is a nutritionally complete powdered mix that contains whey protein, carbohydrates, fat (rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides [MCT], low in Long Chain Triglycerides [LCT]), vitamins and minerals. It is used to treat long-chain fatty acid oxidation problems, fat malabsorption, and other conditions that need to be treated with a high MCT, and low LCT formula through diet.

How to Prepare the Vitaflo Lipistart Formula: Lipistart is typically mixed with water

Add 1 level scoop of LIPIstart (5 g) to 30 ml of water (1 fl oz) to get the standard dilution, which has a calorific density of roughly 20 kcal/fl oz or 0.67 kcal/ml. For the highest level of precision, use the scoop that comes with the can or a gram scale.

• Wash your hands and clean surfaces, utensils, and formula container.
• Boil water and leave to cool for no more than 30 minutes to ensure it remains at a temperature of at least 158°F (70°C).
• Measure out the required amount of water into the formula container. Do not use artificially softened water or repeatedly boiled water.
• Using the scoop provided, add the prescribed number of scoops of LIPIstart to the water, leveling off each scoop with the back of a clean dry knife. Return dry scoop to LIPIstart can.
• Seal the formula container and shake well until the powder is dissolved. Test the temperature before feeding, the feed should feel warm or cool but not hot.
• LIPIstart is now ready to use.

Every prepared formula needs to be kept under refrigeration and utilized within 24 hours. Before using, shake again.

Avoid using a microwave to reheat LIPIstart as uneven heating may occur and result in a burn. Avoid boiling LIPIstart.

Storage: Keep the formula in a cool, dry area. The LIPIstart powder container must be tightly closed after opening, and it must be used within 4 weeks.
