Important Note: Under Mattress bed alarm must be installed under the mattress. Early Alert/Standard/Large Standard pads should be placed on top of a flat mattress or mattress cover and below a fitted sheet to prevent the pad from moving and giving false alarms or causing the product to malfunction.

A. The pager device uses 2 AA batteries, which should last depending on usage. These batteries can be replaced when necessary. The sensor pad’s batteries are non-replaceable, with a lifespan of approximately 15 months from the time it is turned on for the first time.
