Medihoney Hydrogel Non-Adhesive Dressings are made with active Leptospermum honey, which has been shown to have numerous qualities that aid in fostering an optimal healing environment for chronic wounds and burns that have not progressed with basic, first-line treatments. Because of their high osmolarity, the dressings aid in wound cleansing and the removal of devitalized tissue.

For dry to lightly exuding wounds, the non adhesive dressing provides excellent moist wound healing advantages as well as exudate management in a single versatile dressing. Medihoney Hydrogel Dressing is transparent, so the wound can be easily monitored.

Clean and dry the wound area before applying Medihoney Hydrogel Non-Adhesive Dressing. The dressing should then be removed from its packing and applied to the wound. The dressing should be applied directly to the wound. Trim the dressing to fit the wound if it is too large. Tape or wrap the dressing to keep it in place.

Change the dressing every 24 to 48 hours, or more frequently if it becomes soaked with exudate. The dressing should be changed more frequently if the wound is infected.
