The silicone adhesive in the medline optifoam gentle silicone faced foam and border dressing has 5 layers and a superabsorbent core that absorbs exudate and convert it into a gel locking it away. Optifoam gentle foam dressing is highly conformable dressing which can be removed and reapplied. Optifoam dressing has a low-profile regular design and a moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) that adjusts to the level of fluid and improves breathability. Optifoam silicon adhesive dressing is available in multiple sizes.
