Suresite Transparent Window Film Dressing

Medline Suresite Transparent Window Film Dressing protects the skin, IV sites, and surgical incisions with a conformable, breathable, and bacteria-resistant film. Its transparent design allows constant observation of the wound or IV site and can remain in place for up to seven days. Ideal for hard-to-dress areas, it provides both protection and visibility while being waterproof.

Features:

• Sterile and latex-free, safe for sensitive skin.
• Microporous technology for moisture vapor transmission.
• Available in a variety of delivery systems.
• Permits continuous wound or IV site observation.
• Conformable design that won't stick to itself.
• Easy-to-use window frame delivery system.
• Traditional moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) to maintain skin comfort.
• May be left in place for up to 7 days; dressing change frequency depends on wound drainage.

Indications:

• Partial-thickness wounds
• Full-thickness wounds (as a secondary dressing)
• Peripheral and central IV lines
• Skin tears, lacerations, and abrasions
• Helps prevent friction-related skin breakdown

Contraindications: Not indicated as a primary dressing on wounds with moderate to heavy drainage.

Directions for Use:

1. Remove the first adhesive liner.
2. Apply the dressing over the wound or IV site.
3. Remove the second adhesive liner and smooth the edges to secure.
