• The manufacturer provides 1 year warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
• This warranty does not cover device failure due to user negligence, misuse of the product, failure to adhere to product instructions, or normal wear and tear.
• Items that have been subject to negligent abuse, modified without prior written authorization are not covered within this warranty.
• If within the warranty period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced, at manufacturer’s option.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving the product.
• All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking fee. For applicable restocking fees, please consult the chart below.

• An RGA number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
• RGA numbers expire after 30 days. Please return your items within this timeframe.
• To be eligible for return, items must be new, unused, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If your return is not caused by a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund.
• Special order items, Custom orders, and Hygiene products are not returnable or refundable.
