Mepilex Self-Adherent Absorbent Foam Dressing

Mepilex Self-Adherent Absorbent Foam Sterile Dressing is a soft and highly conformable foam dressing that absorbs exudate and keeps the wound moist. It absorbs exudate effectively and reduces the danger of maceration. The Safetac technology keeps the dressing from sticking to the wound bed while gently adhering to the surrounding skin, allowing for simple application of secondary fixation. Additionally, the Safetac layer ensures that the dressing can be changed without damaging the wound or surrounding skin, or causing the patient further pain. Dressings can be cut to fit a variety of wound shapes and difficult-to-dress areas, and they can be used to treat both chronic and acute wounds.

Direction to use:

1. Always clean the wound prior to applying a dressing.
2. The dressing should overlap the wound bed by at least 2 cm onto the surrounding skin.
