Instructions for Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
• Open the kit and remove the contents.Attach the catheter to the tubing.
• Lubricate the tip of the catheter with water-soluble lubricant.
• Insert the catheter into the patient's urethra.
• Collect the urine in the collection bag.
• Remove the catheter when finished.
• Dispose of the kit in accordance with your facility's policy.
