NanoVM is best suited for semi-solid and soft-textured foods, such as puddings, purees, and yogurt. Adding NanoVM® 1-3, NanoVM 4-8, or NanoVM 9-18 to thin liquids is not advised. In thin liquids, this powder sinks or sticks to the side of a cup, thus inhibiting the total consumption. Customers have had great success adding NanoVM to purees, mayo, butter, applesauce, yogurt, milkshakes, avocado hummus, cheesecake balls, chocolate mousse, smoothies, and pudding. NanoVM can also be frozen in homemade popsicles and ice cream.

Can I cook and bake with NanoVM?
