Preparation: Ensure the foot is clean and dry before application. Remove any socks or footwear.

1. Application:

   • Pull the support over the toes, foot, and ankle, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
   • Repeat the process for both the left and right foot.

2. Placement:

   • Ensure that the silicone cushions are positioned directly under the heel area for maximum comfort and support.
   • Smooth out any creases and adjust the support as needed to ensure it is correctly positioned and comfortable.

Wash & Care Instructions:

• Hand wash cold gently and dry flat.
• Do not use fabric softener, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, or iron.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
