• All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
• A Returned Merhchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
• Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging at the customer's expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
