Options Ladies Backless Brief with Split-Lace Crotch and Built-in Ostomy Barrier/Support is practical and functional for 24 hour wear for daytime, sleeping, or intimacy, allowing air to flow to the body. It's made of 80% nylon, 20% lycra, and 100% cotton, which absorbs and wicks moisture away from the skin. The Split-crotch automatically separates during urination.
