The lowered frame design facilitates accessibility, making ascending and descending operations seamless. The forward position of the central motion unit promotes hip flexion, greatly facilitating pedaling. It comes in different versions, including free-wheel and fixed pinion, both available with an optional differential for stability.

The biko small tricycle ergonomic and modular design allows for customization to meet specific postural and containment needs. Optional components ensure optimal comfort and maneuverability, making Biko highly adaptable. For added control during the initial training phase, a push handle is provided, which can be easily attached and detached.
