It provides a source of complete, balanced nutrition for children 1 to 13 years of age. For oral or tube feeding. May be used as a sole source of nutrition or as a supplement. Preparation

Instructions for Use:

• Shake well.
• Store unopened at room temperature.
• Clean the top of the container thoroughly before opening it.
• After opening, refrigerate and use within 48 hours. If consuming product directly from the container, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

Tube Feeding

• Follow the physician's instructions for flow rate, volume, dilution, and need for additional fluids.
