Users typically notice improvement after just a few hours of wear, making them ideal for overnight use or while resting. For even faster results, moisturizing creams can be applied to the heels before use.

Care:

• Hand wash the sleeves in warm, soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly and press flat in a towel to air dry completely before reuse.
• If the gel becomes tacky, sprinkle with powder.
