How to Apply PolyMem Surgical Adhesive Film Dressing

1. Prepare the surgical site per standard clinical protocol (manual cleansing may be reduced due to PolyMem’s built-in cleanser).
2. Remove the protective liner and position the dressing over the incision.
3. Smooth the adhesive edges to create a complete seal; ensure proper placement for waterproof performance.
4. The dressing will expand naturally to fill and conform to the site.
5. Leave in place for up to 7 days, depending on exudate levels.

Contraindications
