How to Apply

1. Clean and prepare the wound according to standard clinical protocol.
2. Select the appropriately sized PolyMem Surgical Silver dressing.
3. Apply the dressing directly over the wound or incision site.
4. Ensure the adhesive film seal is fully secured around the edges for proper protection.
5. Confirm the dressing is smooth, without air gaps, to maintain moisture balance and waterproof performance.
6. Leave in place up to 7 days, or change sooner depending on exudate levels.

Indications for Use

PolyMem Surgical Silver Adhesive Film Pad Dressings may be used on intact skin and broken skin wounds, including:

• Strains

• Suspected deep tissue injury (DTI)
• Trauma injuries

Contraindications

• Not recommended for use with topical treatments.
