PowerLoc Max Power Injectable Safety Infusion Set is designed with both the clinician and the patient in mind. The textured handle is easy to grasp and rotates to enable easy manoeuvring and positioning of tubing to allow for correct dressing of the site. The small footprint also helps minimise dressing materials while the clear plastic base allows clinicians to view and inspect the insertion site regularly.
The PowerLoc Safety Infusion Set (SIS) family is the optimal fit for
PowerPort devices. This power-combo enables contrast agents to be
power-injected. As a result, tissues may show up more clearly in contrast
enhanced computed tomography (CECT) scans, making it easier to monitor patient
condition.
PowerLoc Max Huber Infusion Kits includes Huber Infusion Needle, 0.9%

Highlights
- Dual lumen port compatible
- Low profile for ease of dressing
- Padded footprint for patient comfort
- Rotating needle hub for manoeuvring and positioning
- Safety mechanism with single-step safety activation
- SafeStep SIS
+ Power Injection Capability = PowerLoc Max Power Injectable SIS
Key Features
- Wingless design for site care
- Stable needle base designed for
patient comfort
- Safety feature covers needle bevel in single step to help reduce needle
stick injuries and exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Safety Mechanism
The safety mechanism is housed in the plastic base. Once the needle has been
pulled through the base the mechanism covers the needle bevel and locks it into
the plastic base. The safety mechanism helps protect clinicians and patients
from accidental needlestick injuries during needle removal, transport and
disposal of the PowerLoc Max.
