Precision Comfort AIR Cushion has a high-density, high-resilience foam base for long-lasting support. The air cushion's moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, and fluid-resistant cover keep the user dry and comfortable while allowing them to form into the air bladder. The Deep well allows for complete submersion of the IT and coccyx, providing excellent skin protection at vulnerable points while also preventing sacral sitting and promoting proper posture.

- The manufacturer provides 2 years warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by purchaser’s abuse, misuse, and/or negligence of or with respect to the manufacturer product.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for the warranty of this product.

Return
Unfortunately, hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, due to health concerns. The only products that can be returned are unopened boxes.
If the product is unopened, then the following policy will be applied:
- No returns accepted after15 days from the date of shipment.
- Restocking fees may apply.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Returns will be accepted only if a wrong product is delivered other than what originally ordered or product received with manufacturing defect
- It is customer's responsibility to check the product upon delivery and note any such discrepancy at the earliest and report the dealer.
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund and the product must be returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
