Intended Use/Indications:

• For ulcerative or pre-ulcerative conditions on the plantar surface of the foot.
• Postoperative Charcot foot.
• Foot conditions that may benefit from even distribution of body weight on the plantar surface of the foot.
• Not intended for patients in excess of 300 lbs.

Contraindications:

• Bony foot deformities that cause excessive deviation from the foot's natural shape.
• Foot pathology requires support of the bony structures.
