Preparation

Depending on the specific needs of each individual, preparation will vary as prescribed by the physician. Failure to follow these directions could result in harm. If feeding an infant, ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use.

• Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils.
• Pour a small amount of the prescribed liquid into a clean container or blender.
• Add the prescribed amount of ProViMin powder and mix or blend on low speed to make a smooth paste.
• Gradually add remaining liquid (and other ingredients if recommended) to the mixture while stirring or blending. Stir or blend until well blended.
• Pour mixture into clean feeding container; cap.
• Shake well before feeding.

Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Storage Instructions:
