The pack can Heated in water on a stove, in a microwave or in a Heating unit. When treatment is complete, the pack can be stored for future use. Always apply Moist Heat pack with a Relief Pak cover or a heavy towel completely wrapped around the pack.

• Hook and loop fasteners on covers keep Heat packs in place.
• When treatment is complete, store pack in a plastic bag in freezer.
• Heat pack in water on stove, microwave, or hot pack Heating unit.
• Washable covers allow Moist Heat to pass without burning the skin.
