Respironics ResMed CPAP Fixed Exhalation Port is a spring loaded valve that helps prevent the backflow of oxygen or water from the patient circuit to the BiPAP or CPAP machine when the machine is turned off. Exhalation Port is a straightforward, intuitive piece of equipment which is easy to install and helpful in promoting quiet therapy. Once installed, this CPAP exhalation port will channel air away from patients and their bed partner so patients will not have their slumber disturbed by outgoing airflow.
