Rolyan Temper Foam Orthopedic Padding is used as a padded lining for splints, casts, and adaptive equipment. It acts as a barrier, protecting the body from additional harm. The open cell foam can assist reduce the impact of objects hitting, scraping, or brushing against a cast or splint. It is created using an open cell structure. This softens and makes the foam more flexible, allowing it to easily conform to the curvature of the object it is lining. It is also more breathable and pleasant on the skin than closed cell foam alternatives.
