How to Use

Recommended Age Range: 4 years and older

Directions for Use:

• If desired, mix syrup in water, fruit juice, smoothies, yogurt or most anything!
• Use daily for maximum benefit.
• For Daily Maintenance: Adults and children over 4 years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) daily.
• For Intensive Use: Adults and children over 4 years: Take 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) four times daily.

Ingredients: Elderberry Extract, Glucose Syrup, Purified Water, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate (to retard spoilage).
