• Scanmarker products are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
• This warranty covers material and workmanship defects or defects in the manufacturing process for one years from the original date of purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• A restocking fee may charge to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
• Any damage due to use, mishandling or improper packing of the return will be noted and deducted from the credit issued.
