Directions for Use:

• Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply a 1-inch strip onto a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush thoroughly for at least 1 minute, twice daily (morning and evening), ensuring all sensitive areas are covered. Spit out after brushing.
• Children under 12 years: Consult a dentist or doctor before use.

• Consult a dentist if sensitivity persists or worsens after 4 weeks, as this may indicate a more serious dental issue.
