Cleaning and decontamination:

• If blood or other body fluid comes in contact with these items, add an enzymatic detergent to the wash water to remove blood components from the fabric and rubber.
• If necessary, use a hand brush to remove encrusted material.
• If loose fibers are present in the contact closure straps, it may be possible to remove them using a nonmetallic brush or a comb in a side-to-side manner.
• Rinse tourniquets thoroughly; detergent residue increases the chances for allergic reactions.
• Air dry the tourniquet at room temperature, in their original shapes (open Velket velcro closure, and Seraket buckle).

Steam sterilization

• After cleaning, tourniquets can be processed in standard steam sterilization cycles.
• In case of using steam sterilization expected service life of tourniquets may be reduced in half.

Ethylene Oxide sterilization: After cleaning, Tourniquets can be processed in standard EO sterilization cycles with appropriate aeration time.

• The product warranty is applicable as per the terms and conditions provided by the product manufacturer.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
