Instructions for Use: Ready to Feed
Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) nipples and rings before use. Ready-to-feed formula, if mixed with water, may not provide proper nutrition, and repeated use of such feedings could cause illness.
- Do not add water.
- Shake very well.
2 or 8 fl oz bottle:
- Do not use if the breakaway ring is missing or broken.
- Twist off the cap.
- Use clean hands to twist on the nipple and ring. Use a sterile nipple and ring if directed.
- For use in a different feeding container (cup or bottle): 1) Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) the empty bottles before adding formula. 2)Pour the desired amount into a clean feeding container. Recap bottle, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
- Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
32 fl oz bottle:
- Do not use if the band around the cap or inner foil seal is damaged.
- Shake very well before each use.
- Remove the protective band; twist it off and clean the cap.
- Invert the cap; press down to pierce the foil, then turn the cap a half turn.
- Remove foil.
- Pour formula into the bottle; attach a clean nipple.
- Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.
- Prepare and feed all formulas in the container within 3 days after opening.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Instructions for Use: 2 & 8 fl oz Bottle
- Do not reuse bottles.
- Protect from light.
- Store in a carton until ready for use.
- Store unopened at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.

- Do not reuse the container.
- Once opened, store the quart bottle in the refrigerator.
- Store prepared bottles in the refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours.
- Store unopened containers at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.

- Never use a microwave oven to warm the formula. Serious burns can result.
- Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor.
