Instructions for Use:

Follow proper hygiene and handling guidelines when preparing infant formula. Consult your healthcare provider to determine appropriate feeding preparation and water usage. Sterilize bottles, nipples, and utensils before each use.

• Wash hands, surfaces, and utensils thoroughly. Pour water into a clean bottle following the mixing guide.
• Add 1 level scoop (9.6 g) of powder per 2 fl oz of water. Return the dry scoop to the can.
• Cap the bottle, shake well, and attach a clean nipple.
• Feed within 1 hour after preparation and discard unused formula.

Powder Mixing Guide:

When mixed as directed:

• 13.1 oz container yields approximately 87 fl oz of formula.
• 22.8 oz container yields approximately 151 fl oz of formula.

Storage:
