Instructions for Use:

• Rinse the can lid and shake well; open with a clean punch-type opener.
• Pour equal amounts of formula and water into the bottle; attach the nipple and swirl gently.

Storage Instructions:

• Cover opened cans; refrigerate prepared formula and feed within 48 hours.
• Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures.

Precautions:

• Not suitable for infants or children with galactosemia.
• Do not use a microwave to warm formula; serious burns may result.
