The Microroll gauze rolls contain PHMB, which has a broad range of antiseptic activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, including several multi-drug resistant strains like MRSA. Microroll gauze offers a less expensive method of treatment. Microroll Gauze Slim offers less bulky protection for the wound area while maintaining the same PHMB protection and 6ply construction.
