Simpurity Bordered Hydrogel Absorbent Sheet

Simpurity Bordered Hydrogel Absorbent Sheet is intended to provide a moist wound healing environment for wounds with little or no exudate. The dressing is permeable to air and moisture vapor, which promotes faster wound healing while being gentle on delicate tissues. It conforms precisely to the wound bed, reduces bacterial contamination, and is easy to remove without adhering or leaving residue. Its semi-transparent form enables for easy visual monitoring of the wound without removal.

Indications:

• Skin Tears.
• Superficial abrasions.
• 1st and 2nd degree burns.
• Stage I or II pressure ulcers.
• Radiation tissue damage.

Contraindications: Not indicated for use on full thickness burns or for individuals with known hypersensitivity to this dressing.

Directions to use:

1. Cleanse the wound with a sterile cleaner or saline solution, then dry the surrounding skin.
2. Choose the right dressing size for the wound region.
3. Remove liners from the back side of the dressing.
4. Apply the dressing to the wound.
5. Once the dressing is in place, remove the backing films.
