Return
- We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after this period.
- To initiate a return, please obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The RGA number must be clearly displayed on each returned package for processing.
- Approved return merchandise must be shipped to the location provided by our customer service team.
- For your protection, we recommend keeping a record of the shipment when returning merchandise, including proof of delivery from the carrier.
- If the merchandise is in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the manufacturer’s part.
- Your account will be credited for the returned merchandise once it is received and processed.
- Credits for returns will be issued to the original purchaser. The credit can be applied to your open balance or future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
