Skillbuilders floor sitter comes include with feeder seat and wedge in which seat is secured to the wedge with velcro and can be adjusted from upright to reclining position. Floor sitter is made of molded foam that is soft to the touch and with integral waterproof coating that is easily washed for years of use. Skillbuilders feeder seat has built-in abductor, contoured interior for correct seating posture and a safety harness.

Manufacturer warrants this product as under:

• One year warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship.
• Manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace warranted products at its discretion.

• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.

• We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, returns cannot be processed after this period.
• To initiate a return, please obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The RGA number must be clearly displayed on each returned package for processing.
• Approved return merchandise must be shipped to the location provided by our customer service team.
• For your protection, we recommend keeping a record of the shipment when returning merchandise, including proof of delivery from the carrier.
• If the merchandise is in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the manufacturer’s part.
• Your account will be credited for the returned merchandise once it is received and processed.
• Credits for returns will be issued to the original purchaser. The credit can be applied to your open balance or future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
• Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and must be returned in their original packaging at the customer’s expense.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
• For hygiene and bath products, returns are not accepted due to health and safety concerns.
