Indication:

• Acute wounds,
• Chronic wounds,

Directions to Use:

1. Turn nozzle of Skintegrity Wound cleanser to spray or stream position.
2. Spray cleanser on wound from approximately 3 inches away.
3. Wipe away any debris and pat wound dry Return nozzle to off position.

Ingredients: Diazolidinyl urea, Lactic acid, Lauryl Glucoside, Methylparaben, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Disodium EDTA, Water, Triethanolamine, Sorbitol, Polysorbate 80.
