Smirthwaite Asiento Hi Lo Seating System Features
Asiento Postural Support Chair is intended to help users reach their maximum potential while also enhancing their self-esteem and well-being. With high flexibility, the Asiento Chair provides excellent clinical benefits while being functional too. When accessories are attached to the seat's strong central column, makes the chair solid and durable.
Closer Contact - The open design of the chassis and pushbike handles allows caregivers to reach close to the backrest. This is specially useful for upper-limb therapy, crossing the midline, providing care, and relaxing the user after an epileptic fit or when they are anxious.
Quiet Electric Hi-Lo Base - The electric hi-lo base allows customers to smoothly raise and lower the chair to the selected height using a user-operated remote control. It is very silent, which is beneficial for those who are sensitive to sound.
Easy to Use Tray (Optional) - The universal tray attaches simply to the armrests. The tray adjusts with the armrests to accommodate different seat widths and depths, ensuring the optimal fit for all sized users.
Dyanmic Back (Optional) - The dynamic back is pressure adjustable, allowing for the desired dynamic movement. This is ideal for people who require both sensory and physical feedback when sitting.
Levitex Foam Fabric
In Smirthwaite Asiento, levitex foam fabric is used that is anti-microbial fabric which made it easy to wipe and maintain. It is a waterproof fabric.
- An innovation in PU foam, combining the comfort of latex with PU foam characteristics.
- Produced using a specially designed high molecular polyol material, the foam cell is fine and smooth, which offers softness to the touch while remaining resistant. The foam can achieve a comfort sag value of 3.0.
- It meets the requirements of Schedule 1, Part 1 of The Furniture and Furnishing Fire Safety Regulations.
Application
- The foam is recommended for use in seating, mattresses, pillows and footwear.
- It has excellent body pressure distribution and keeps soft while offering great support.
