SoundCare/ComboCare Medical Grade Adapter and Power Cord is the replacement medical grade power cord and adapter for the SoundCare Plus and ComboCare Ultrasound Units. It includes a two-piece adapter as well as the power supply cord for optimal power and high-quality ultrasound therapy.

• Output: 13 to 16v 45w max (set up 15v to 3a).
• Medical grade 2-piece adapter and power supply cord.
• Compatible only with the SoundCare Plus and ComboCare Ultrasound Units.

• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
