Special tomato MPS seat cushion come with the ground-breaking Hip-Flex adjustment, which enables hip angle adjustment between 15° of hip flexion (bending) and 15° of hip extension (straightening) without lowering the seat back and while maintaining upper body alignment. The MPS seat cushion is available in cherry, lilac, aqua, and dark gray colors. Interior foam of each cushion is designed to provide comfortable sitting to the child for long durations. Special Tomato cushion technology is formulated to be cool to the touch, providing a non-sticky surface to the user.

• All returns must have an RA number (returned authorization number), unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• All products must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of this RA#. RA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return packaging and labels.
• The item's must be in new and resalable condition and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. To protect yourself, use a delivery service that has a tracking # and insurance. A refund will not be given on merchandise that is lost by the carrier.
• Any costs required to make the item re-saleable will be deducted from your credit. If the item cannot be made re-saleable you have the option of paying to have the item delivered back to you or paying a 25% Disposal Fee.
• You must keep your original carton and packing materials for safe transport. Please carefully repack the items in their original packaging so they are secure and tight inside the box. Utilize any plastic bags that came with your order - they protect items from vibration during shipping.
