• All cushions come with a two-year warranty. Cushion covers are under warranty for (90) ninety days.
• Warranty includes damage due to workmanship, material defects or errors caused by the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not include daily wear and tear or damage that is a result of disregarding the specific washing instructions, cigarette burns, damage to the cover by sharp objects that may cause tears or color changes as a result of not washing the cover separately.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you need to return an item for a replacement, all returns require pre-authorization from the manufacturer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling costs. Warranty returns will not be subject to the restocking fee. Please follow these guidelines to ensure that your return is processed promptly:

• Non-warranty returns must have an RGA number within 30 days and be returned within 40 days of purchase
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling costs
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund

A. This cushion is ideal for wheelchair users at high risk of pressure sores or skin breakdown. Its 2¾" thick, three-layer honeycomb design contours to the body for superior pressure relief, stability, and comfort during extended use.

Q. What sizes are available for the Stimulite® Classic Cushion?
A. Standard sizes include 14" x 16" up to 20" x 20". It also supports custom sizes from 14" to 20" (in 1" increments). Special cuts and non-standard sizes are available by request but cannot be ordered online.

Q. Is the cushion easy to clean and maintain?
A. The cushion is machine washable and dryer safe. It comes with a polyester cover and is available with a laundry bag for easy care. Its ventilated design also resists odors and moisture buildup.

Q. How does the cushion help with skin protection?
A. The cushion features perforated honeycomb cells that promote airflow and evaporate moisture, helping to maintain skin integrity. Its internal contouring evenly distributes pressure and supports areas prone to breakdown.

A. Supracor Stimulite Classic Cushion is made from a hypoallergenic material that’s also antimicrobial and non-toxic.

Q. Does it come with a cover?
A. Yes, the cushion includes a standard polyester cover that protects the honeycomb material and enhances comfort.

A. The cushion weighs approximately 3 lbs. making it lightweight and comfortable.
