Instructions for Use:

1. Preparation: Wear the splint over a clean, dry athletic sock for optimal comfort.
2. Application: Open the splint with the green bladders facing up and the white panels facing down. Position the middle of the heel on the center of the heel pad. Raise the sides up to each side of the ankle with the green bladders facing inward toward the ankle and secure the lower strap. Gently squeeze the sides of the splint to apply pressure for preferred compression, then secure the top strap. Adjust the heel pad by pulling the vertical heel straps outward and secure them to the side of the splint. Finally, adjust all straps to ensure a proper fit.

Washing Instructions:

• To maintain hygiene, wipe the splint clean with soap and water as needed. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve its integrity.
