Swede-O walking boot is a reliable solution for immobilizing the ankle,
making it an ideal choice for severe ankle sprains, stable ankle fractures,
post-surgery, and post-cast recovery. Studies show that bearing weight on a
stable injury helps in quicker recovery and allows the patient to return to
normal activities at a faster rate. This boot features a non-slip rocker bottom
and a low-profile heel for a more natural gait, while its shock-absorbing,
closed cell foam insole and heel cushion reduce the impact of heel strikes during
walking. A wide footbed provides increased stability and accommodates edema
and bandage, and the deluxe foam liner ensures comfort. Lightweight and durable,
it includes a fitting pad to accommodate extra space around the ankle, heel, or leg
and its anatomically contoured uprights provide a comfortable fit. This
bilateral design fits both right and left feet.
