How-to Guide

Putting on your device:

• Find an ergonomic position to sit or stand upright
• The clothing should feel snug but not overly tight
• Wrap the RecoveryTherm Hot Vibration Back garment around your lower back
• Place the wrap such that the control module is on your right side, facing outward
• The control module should be positioned between the centre of your body and your right hip
• Hold the strap's left and right sides in each hand and adjust until they are roughly the same length
• Put the left side strap around your belly button, then the right buckle on top. The Velcro strap holds the product in place

Using your garment:

• Insert the battery into the control panel
• Press and hold the power button for two seconds
• Short-press the heat buttons to cycle between the three heat settings on both the front and back
• The therapy will last approximately 20 minutes. Turn the garment back on if you want to resume the therapy
• RecoveryTherm Hot Vibration rear heats both the front and rear of your core, providing a fully adjustable 360-degree heat therapy treatment
• There is only one proper battery insertion position in the battery dock. Do not force the battery into position. When inserting, make sure the Therabody logo is facing outward
• Tap the vibration button to include vibration therapy in your back massage. Short-pressing the vibration button will toggle between the three vibration modes (low intensity, high intensity, and wave)
