How to Guide

Getting started

Securely place it on the affected region and long press both the cold or hot switch to turn it on and start therapy. If putting the device on the specified treatments area makes the cold and hot buttons beyond reach, turn on and select your treatment first.

Cold Therapy:

To commence cold treatment, press and hold the cold (snowflake) button. The cold button will glow blue when the cold therapy begins. To switch between temperature options during therapy, simply press the cold button briefly. The default temperature for one LED light is 16 ℃ (61 ℉), whereas two LED lights are 12 ℃ (54 ℉) and three LED lights are 8 ℃ (46 ℉). The therapy will last for 18 minutes.

Heat Therapy:

To initiate hot therapy, hold down the hot (heat wave) button. The hot button will turn orange once the hot treatment begins. To switch between temperature settings while medication, simply push the hot button briefly. The default temperature for one LED light is 35 ℃ (95 ℉), whereas two LED lights are 39 ℃ (102 ℉) and three LED lights are 43 ℃ (109 ℉). The therapy will last for 24 minutes.

Contrast Therapy:

Long press the cold and hot buttons at the same time to enter contrast option. As the contrast treatment begins, both the hot and cold buttons will light. The therapy will last 20 minutes, with five minutes of cold treatment followed by five minutes of heat treatment, and will be repeated once. To cycle through temperature options, simply short press the cold or hot button at any moment throughout their respective treatments. (Cold: 3 LED lights: 8 ℃ (46 ℉), 1 LED light: 16 ℃ (61 ℉), 2 LED lights: 12 ℃ (54 ℉); Hot: 3 LED lights: 43 ℃ (109 ℉) (default), 1 LED light: 35 ℃ (95 ℉), 2 LED lights: 39 ℃ (102 ℉). Medication durations are not reset when the treatment temperature is altered. When switching from hot to cold therapy, treatment times reset. The device will turn off once the treatment is finished. To switch off the gadget, long press either the cold or hot button.

It may be utilized as a handheld tool or firmly connected to the treatment area with the Cube Strap Frame and straps included. To get the most out of the device, place it directly on your skin or wear it under light clothing. To utilize it as a handheld device, position the gadget on the treatment region with the Therabody logo pointing outward. Grip the gadget using the designated flat grip area on both sides. Do not cover the air vents or lie on top of the gadget. Use the gadget by gently rubbing the treatment area or holding it motionless

• Allergy to the device material (plastic, aluminum, neoprene, velcro, rubberized paint)
• Skin rash, open wounds, blisters, local tissue inflammation, infections, bruises, or tumors
• Vascular/arterial and circulation diseases, including blood clots, phlebitis, thromboses (DVT), and varicose veins
