How to Guide

Getting started

To switch on the gadget, gently press the middle button. After you turn on the device, the TFT LCD screen will light up. The direction keys allow you to pick Quick Start or navigate through a number of treatment procedures. To choose your treatment, tap the center button. Drag the Theragun PRO Plus gadget repeatedly over the area being treated, experimenting with various levels of light-to-moderate pressure on your body. Do not begin by applying pressure straight to an area of discomfort. Instead, move slowly around the place to relieve tension.

Connecting the attachments:

Make sure the device is turned off before attaching or deleting any attachments. Align the white mark on the gadget with the white dot on the connector. Place the attachment into the device arm, then twist and secure it in place. To reveal and detach the attachment, rotate in the other direction and pull it away.

Infrared LED light therapy:

To include infrared LED light therapy in your regimen, turn on the heat LED light indication. Short click to activate the device and a quick press to switch it off. It works best when applied superficially to the skin. It may be used in conjunction with percussion, vibration, and heat therapy to treat the affected area. To get the most out of your treatment, spend about 90 seconds on each location. Infrared LED light therapy will not switch on during cold treatment.

Vibration therapy:

To incorporate vibration treatment into your daily routine, connect the vibration connector to your device.

Heat therapy:

Attach the Heat Therapy connection to your device to include it into your regular routine. To access the warmth indicator, short-press the right button. Short push the up button to raise the heat temperature, and short press the downward button to lower it. There are 3 hot temperature options.

Biometric sensor:

To utilize the device's biometric sensor, hold it in the "double-grip" posture with the tip of your pointer (index) finger touching the sensor. Cover the entire sensor with your fingertip.
