How to Guide

Getting started

• To switch on the Theragun Relief, long press the button on the device
• Short-press the button to choose among all three modes (low, medium, and high) according to your preferences
• Move the device across those places that require medication, carefully applying light to moderate pressure as required. Spend around 15-20 seconds on every single area before switching the device to another site

Note: The device does not automatically turn off. To switch off the Theragun Relief, firmly long press the button until it turns off.

Connecting the attachments:

• Align the connector with the tip of the arm and press to join
• Make sure the device is turned off before attaching or deleting any attachments
• To take off the attachment, grasp the triangular grip using one hand and the attachment with the other. Put a finger on either side of the plastic connector and gently pull the attachment off

Warning: Do not position your finger between the connector and the end of the arm, because this can result in pinching and harm.

Note: The device's piston (metal rod) can become warm after usage, which is common.
