Instructions for Use:

1. Back Sleeping: Place the pillow on the bed with the wedge pointing toward the feet. Lie down on the pillow with the wedge supporting the upper back, cervical contour supporting the neck, and head resting comfortably in the contoured headrest.
2. Side Sleeping: Flip the pillow over so the wedge is at the top facing the headboard. Place your shoulder against the contoured area of the pillow.

Washing Instructions:

• Pillowcase: Remove the pillowcase for washing. Machine wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat.
• Foam Pillow: Do not soak the foam pillow. If it becomes soiled or damaged, replace it with a new one.

Product Notice:​ It is the nature of polyurethane foam to discolor when exposed to light and oxygen. The polyurethane foam used in this product may have a slight odor when first removed from packaging. The odor does not affect the performance of this product. Air out the pillow prior to use.
