Instructions for use:

• Expose the plunger by removing the large orange cap.
• Expose the needle by removing a small orange cap, being careful to pull it off straight so as not to bend the needle.
• To measure the correct dosage, align the plunger tip with the dosage mark on the side of the syringe.
• USE ONLY ONCE. Properly dispose of the syringe in an appropriate sharps container.

Do not use it if the needle is bent.

• The order of mixing that the physician prescribed.
