Unistick 3 Safety Lancets Instructions for use:
1. TWIST the cap to “Unlock” and continue to TWIST until the cap separates easily from the lancet body. DO NOT PULL.

2. Choose a site on the finger as indicated by the shaded area to POSITION the device.

3. Position against the finger and PRESS release button. The Lancet will automatically retract into the body of the device. DISPOSE of in a suitable sharps container.
