Instructions for Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the container.
• Remove the patient ID label from the container and affix it to the patient's chart.
• Remove the tamper-evident cap and set it aside.
• Collect all urine specimens into the container over a 24-hour period.
• After collecting the final specimen, securely close the container with the tamper-evident cap.
• Write the patient's name, date, and time of collection on the label.
• Transport the container to the laboratory promptly.
